International customers must send us an email with the products they want to purchase and we'll provide an invoice with shipping charges. EyeOnEC@verizon.net
Some items sold by EyeOn Equine Care cannot be shipped internationally due to import restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, or size. For example, soap and lotion cannot be shipped some nations. Items unable to be imported to your destination country will be removed from your shopping cart.
Some items that have import restrictions may be allowed if an import license is obtained. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to see if an import license is required to receive your item(s) prior to completing the order.
For products shipped internationally, please note that product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. We will be happy to work with you on your customizing requirements.
